While I finish up an item from this morning’s edutainment event out at Cowboys Stadium, feast your eyes on the new Dallas Mavericks alternate uni, debuted this morning at a press conference (though the color choice dates back to Jason Kidd’s first go-round). Says owner Mark Cuban, “Our fans have been asking us to bring back our old school bright royal blue color. We’ve come up with a great cross between the old and new to create a cutting edge design that will appeal to all our fans.” But don’t expect to see ’em too often: The Mavs will wear the jerseys only twice at home, and 13 times on the road. But you can buy ’em now, course.
