Vail, where it’ll be 75 degrees today.

Dallas real estate developer Mark Masinter, a founding partner of Open Realty Advisors on McKinnon Street (which reps the likes of Bob’s Steak & Chop House, Fireside Pies and Billy Reid), is already fairly beloved in Vail, Colorado, where he’s been a frequent visitor ever since he was a young’un.
