The late-night tweets came fast and furious from area MCs and radio personalities alike, each relayed with a certain tone of shock.
The surprising word was spreading fast: Earlier in the evening, at approximately 10 p.m., Dallas urban radio personality Nate Quick passed away, apparently due to liver complications. According to his Facebook profile, he was 23 years old.
An on-air personality for both KKDA 104.5 FM (K104) and KRNB 105.7 FM (The New R&B), Quick also served as marketing director for K104 and, just this past May, was promoted to program director at KRNB.
