Dallas-based soul singer N’dambi, who, once upon a time, sang backup for Erykah Badu and is now signed to Stax Records, will be in D.C. next week during all them inaugural proceedings.
Well, OK, not quite. N’dambi (pictured right, as photographed by Andreas Branch) will be performing on Sunday at the Kennedy Center for a free show.
And I’m pretty sure it has very little to do with all the stuff that’s going on as part of the inauguration. But still…pretty cool.
Oh, and she’s got a beautifully soothing, classic R&B voice. Check her out on Myspace.
