On Saturday, Dallas was rainy and dank, but inside the Addison Conference Center it was Chocolate Christmas. DallasChocolate.org’s annual Chocolate Conference & Festival offered the opportunity for chocolate makers both local and otherwise to showcase their chocolatey wares, and for anybody with a $20 to take it all in.
