OK, we’re not exactly sure that they were worn on camera. In fact, let’s just assume they weren’t. But whatever, for $20 you could have some faux turquoise chandeliers that were “issued to the set” of Dallas — OG, people — for use in several episodes.
Again, not sure if Barbara Bel Geddes (based on style, likely not), Linda Gray (more like it) or Victoria Principal (believable) ever wore them, but who really cares? They were surely browsed over and possibly stroked by the stars of our city’s eponymous show.
And they come with a certificate of authenticity from the wardrobe/prop house that supplied the show with such amazing things like JR’s hat as well as ruffled, off-the-shoulder tops and pastel pantsuits. Clearly, you cannot pass this up. Or, can you?
If you can, there’s always this faux silver medallion necklace from Dallas or an enamelware pot from the Beverly Hillbillies (below) — which has no real local ties, unless, of course, you count the mention of “Texas tea” in the theme song.
