First the Dallas Cowboys aren’t playing in Super Bowl XLV inside their own friggin’ stadium. And now, as the world descends upon the metroplex for the biggest, most important media event in our area since JFK, apparently the Ice Age is on its way too.
Temperatures dipping into the teens. Wind chills below zero. Rain-sleet-snow.
Supposed to be decent weather by Sunday, which really won’t matter since the roof will be closed. But, still, nothing like watching women shiver and jiggle in their lil’ black party dresses.
During last year’s NBA All-Star Game I remember a snowstorm dampened travel and spirits, but this is the kind of thing that will have the NFL thinking twice about a return visit to our area.
